You could be facing two possible issues here:

1: You have exceeded your maximum video length of 5 minutes as a PRO user and 1 minute as a FREE user.

2: Your phone ran out of storage and you need to free up some space.

3: Cannot fix issue or phone crashes? Delete and reinstall VideoFlipp app. You will not loose any videos and you will only have to enter phone number and accept permission to going again.

TIP: To help you not run out of storage on your phone (or at least being stuffed with VideoFlipp™ videos) make sure that you have set the “Enable offline” to off in settings in your app.
